Sales- and delivery conditions.

To be sure of a good and safe trade it is a condition that you the customer, before ordering through our online-shop, read the following trade conditions.

All payments to Doobie Music are made through PayPal. 
(Doobie Music is Nice As Pie’s own label.)

As soon as we receive your order we will send you an e-mail with a confirmation. The confirmation will contain information on what you have ordered… the total amount and an order number.

You will receive an invoice with your order.

The items will be sent through Post Denmark directly to you within 5 working days of receiving your order.

If we don't have the item you ordered in stock we will reserve it for you. If this is the case you will receive an e-mail as soon as possible.

We assure you that when the item leaves us it will be in perfect condition. If you receive a defect or incorrect delivery or if the delivery time is exceeded, we request that you contact customer service,

Customs:
The buyer is responsible for the permission to import the items that are ordered. All costs related to the import of the parcel bought from niceaspie.net are the buyer’s responsibility.

We offer you a 14 day right to withdraw your order from the day you receive it. The item should be in the same condition as when you received it, so only unused and undamaged articles can be returned e.g. in the original unopened packing….We do not refund the return cost.

Please notice 
If the package is damaged when the postman delivers it, either refuse to receive the package or get a document saying it was damaged in transit! Otherwise the postal-service won't pay for the damage done!
